Services and programs that assist people with disabilities to be as active and independent as they desire. We educate and involve our community in disability issues, to ensure full participation and access for all.

We encourage people with disabilities to make their own choices, while providing support as they reach their goals. Our services are available to people with disabilities, to their families and friends, and to the communities in which they live, work and play.
