Early Intervention Programs
Early Intervention Program (EIP) for ages 0-3
The Early Intervention Program provides support to families to help their child grow and develop, and to help them support and promote their child’s development. Children are referred to EIP services due to a suspected or diagnosed developmental delay or disability. EIP services include Child Find, evaluations, and services such as speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, special instruction, nutrition services, as well as other support services.

Preschool for Special Education (PSE) Services for ages 3-5
Preschool Special Education (PSE) services are available for eligible children with a developmental delay or diagnosed disability between the ages of 3 to 5 years old. Children can be referred for evaluation for Preschool Special Education services through the Committee for Preschool Special Education (CPSE) in the child’s school district of residence at or just before their 3rd birthday.
