Charlie Health- Intensive Outpatient Program

Charlie Health is a virtual mental health treatment provider for teens and adults struggling with serious mental health challenges.

Each client receives a personalized treatment plan tailored to their mental health needs, designed to fit their schedule and thoughtfully connect them with others facing similar challenges and lived experiences. All treatment plans include:

-Curated group sessions (3 times per week)
-Individual therapy sessions (1 time per week)
-Family therapy sessions (1 time per week)
-Psychiatry services as needed

We specialize in treating high acuity mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, trauma-related disorders, OCD, gender dysphoria, postpartum depression, and more.

Charlie Health is in-network with commercial insurance, TriCare, and Medicaid (where accepted), with per-session costs as low as $0.
