Charlie Health- Intensive Outpatient Program

Charlie Health is an evidence-based mental health virtual IOP for ages 11-33. We serve a broad range of patients, including individuals who are discharging directly from the ED or in-patient care, as well as those who require a step up from outpatient therapy.

Immediate availability: There is no waitlist and clients can start immediately.

Group therapy: Patients have personalized treatment plans and are placed in curated groups of peers who they can relate to, which enhances their experience and improves their outcomes.

Family engagement: Individual and family therapy is available for every patient, and we have family support groups offered every weekday.

Insurance: We accept commercial insurance in NY (Aetna / 1199, Cigna / Wellfleet, United Healthcare / Optum / Oxford, Carelon – NYSHIP, EmblemHealth, and Humana, etc.) as well as Tricare West and Tricare East.

If Charlie Health is out of network for any reason, we do have the option for (and are familiar with) single case agreements (SCAs) and/or financial hardship waivers.
